The Ask

Part of the Summer '18 Havas Health Internship, working with the innovation prototyping team (Digital Outcomes Lab), we were tasked to make a piece of technology that can be applied to their clients.

The Problem

We noticed that no matter the job title, everyone on a client project was spending too much time researching on their own. With no collaboration, this increases billable hours across the team.

The Solution

To create a platform where teams can organize their research for their client work. From patient profiles to tagging relevant articles, this platform has everything a team can need without risking a breach of security.

My Role

• The creation of the sitemap as well as wireframes before handing over to the UI designer.

• Worked with strategy, design, copy, and account to understand the needs of each key person on the team.

• Worked with security to understand ways to have competing teams across the organization not breach their contract due to sensitive information.
