The balance in a workforce can be challenging alongside uncontrollable variables in resources.

Finding a 10 in 1 ‘do it all’ person is not sustainable, but sometimes needed for startups to test the minimal viable product within the market in real time. I also see rigid, defined, roles that can easily become siloed at larger companies.

Welcome your newest workforce solution, (me!) Virginia deGuzman.

With experience with companies at every stage of funding, and teams at every level of development, I find peace within chaos as it is often predictable in my eyes. In every industry, the same pain points exist.

At my core, I focus on optimization.

As a project/product manager, this applies to every aspect of the role. When workflows or ideas dramatically change, I see this as an exciting opportunity to implement positive change.

I've seen (and been) through it all.

Scaling up when starting small, fixing a backflow of issues when scaling was too fast, scaling down due to budget or personnel cuts, to even testing out ideas that show success without any resources.
